Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer with 1–3 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for proactive individuals passionate about software development, problem-solving, and delivering value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to design, develop, test, deploy, and implement software applications.
- Contribute to code reviews and ensure adherence to technical best practices.
- Maintain clear and concise documentation.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
- Follow instructions and prioritize tasks based on management’s guidance.
- Demonstrate ethical behavior and compliance with company policies.
- Work effectively in Agile software development processes.
Educational Background
- B.Sc in Computer Science and Engineering or a related field.
- Candidates from other academic backgrounds with proven expertise are encouraged to apply.
Experience
- 1–3 years of professional experience in software engineering.
Technical Skills
- Strong programming knowledge in object-oriented C# (including advanced features).
- Experience in web application development using .NET or .NET Core.
- Familiarity with any UI framework (e.g., Angular).
- Solid understanding of design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
- Knowledge of Bootstrap 5, Tailwind CSS, jQuery, and JavaScript.
- Proficient in Git, including branching, pull requests, conflict resolution, and code review.
- Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure or AWS (e.g., Pipelines, Scaling) is a plus.
Soft Skills
- Proficient in English (written, spoken, and listening).
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills.

In this round, you will exhibit your platform-specific and system-design skills.
Step 3 – Behavioral and Leadership Round:
This is the most important round in our interview process. You will be judged on how you interact with your team members, conflicts, and unwanted situations if arise.
